Soy Chili

1 pkg. Soy crumbles
1 med. Onion minced
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 pkg. Chili seasoning
3 cans organic pinto beans
3 cans organic crushed tomatoes chili style
1 tsp. Garlic salt
1tsp. Cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
dash of cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste

Brown minced onion in olive oil until golden
Add the soy crumbles and brown together
Add chili seasoning packet to soy and onion mixture and stir
Add pinto beans and crushed tomatoes
Add all remaining spices
Stir together and let sit covered on low heat for approx. 20 - 30 minutes stirring occasionally
